I found a great site for cooking in bulk and freezing the extra meals. If we are already cooking/chopping, I'd rather chop twice as much and cook twice as much to freeze some.

I've been playing some with this concept and it's been really nice on days when I'm trying to watch what I'm eating and I can just heat up something quickly.

I found a great website that shows you how to do everything. It even includes how MANY extra meals you'd like to make in a table and how much of everything you need to make it. It's really user friendly...
