We use stage 2 nipples as well, with the Avent bottles. Ian doesn't really let any formula pass his mouth. I swear.... he'd lick the inside of the bottle if he could, for every last drop.
But, on rare occassions that it does dribble out of his mouth, I keep a burp cloth under his chin. =)
