I am also BF'ing. and just can't find the motivation to workout. I am a former competitive swimmer, so it's sooo hard for me to be sooo out of shape. I would LOVE to join the Masters league at the YMCA, but they practice at night, and I don't have anyone to watch the baby.
Tricia- I just wanted to tell you what I do for hamburgers. I buy Laura's lean beef (I think that's the brand) It's like 98%lean beef/2% fat. A serving is 4 oz for 4 points, so I weigh them all out, Mix each with a little Worsteshire sauce (0 points, and makes them juicier) then flatten into patties. That brand sells frozen hamburger patties, but they are Soooo expensive.
Hotdogs...We only eat the Hebrew national, and they make 97% fat free ones, They are only 1 point. I use WW bread for both hot dogs and Hamburgers
